Mbava zachabe chabe! You provide customers expensive and below standard services. TNM and its sister Airtel are the most incompetent and expensive networks in the Southern region. Deny this! The government must institute investigations on MACRA why better network providers from the region do not win the award for operating licenses at those companies that fail to open their businesses!
