It is incumbent upon every Malawian to interpret the speech to their idiosyncratic circumstances. Does it make you feel warm inside or hot with rage? Much as there is sence in the speach but how long would Malawi talk of the water problems? Why do we have national Census every 10 years? I thought its for planning purposes? Thanx for the perported Mulanje Mountain water project, we would love to see that functi oning, even the Soche mountains, hills has plenty of water, whch can be taped and supply some parts of Chilobwe, Chimwankh unda, Soche East etc. How about the ministry of tourism and forests? Sounds good my foot! Malawians have heard this time of rhetoric one too many times. News that BWB equipment and capacity is very old and needs replacement is not new. We have heard about that before even during the UDF era. What we need is results for crists sake!
