Transfer window opens Monday: Malawi TNM Super League
Super League of Malawi (Sulom) will open the transfer window for two weeks from Monday, 15 August to 30 August.
Sulom general secretary Williams Banda made the announcement just before the end of the first round games during the weekend.
The first round, whose leaders, Blue Eagles, were identified last Wednesday when they beat Wizards 6-0 in Lilongwe, ends on Sunday with two fixtures — 15th-placed Dwangwa United against 5th-placed Nyasa Big Bullets at Nankhaka and 6th-placed Mighty Be Forward Wanderers against 7th-placed Mzuni at Kamuzu Stadium.
Football giants Nyasa Bullets, Be Forward Wanderers have all finished outside the top four.
Blue Eagles lead the first round with 32 points, Silver Strikers are second with 29 points, Mafco are third with 28 points while Moyale are fourth with 27 points , followed by Mzuni who stunned Nomads on Sunday..
At the bottom are Karonga United with 11 points on position 14, Dwangwa United are 15th with 10 while Max Bullets are away 16th with seven points.
