Good move but not enough.

Arrest also the Admarc officials who sold the maize. They knew what they were doing.

Arrest also those ministers or MPs who bought maize in bulk from Admarc backdoors at night and distributed to their constituencies when most Malawians were queuing for days to get the same maize.
