The issue of gays should be looked up with sober minds. Am saying this because the vehicle to be used to achieve the intended results in the law. It appears that people are bent to continue criminalising homosexuality! The big question is what is the purpose of Criminal Law? It would appear that the main purpose of criminal law is to punish deserving people to be punished subsequently protecting the society. Yes, protecting the society from harm I guess! If it was consensual and in private let them be. There are more important things for the police to deal with than this. Don’t get me wrong, I abhor homosexuality but then what’s the value to society of this arrest. So far noone rights have been violated.
