You are denying Aniva a right to engage into economic activity to earn a living ( his constitutional right) and send his children to school. Ultimately his children are going be illiterate.

Mr Aniva clearly said that he was paid for the job and people were satisfied. In this case seller and buyer were all happy. Is such a transaction illigal. Why were people going to him and not any other men in area.
Who introduced or recommended him.

You people should be very thankful that Aniva man publically confessed this, otherwise it is normally held as secret by elders.

You’re missing the point.
1) The man is having sex with children so your ‘buyer/seller’ satisfaction argument is completely irrelevant. 2) He is HIV positive and (knowingly) spreads it to young girls who will then spread it to future spouses and later, their children, thus contributing further to the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
3) If you watched the original BBC interview, it wasn’t actually a ‘confession’. He was proud of what he did.
4) Get yourself an education
