Wanderers sack player on indiscipline charges

Mighty Wanderers FC have reportedly kicked out their long serving midfielder Nafe Msasa from the club.

According to sources from the Wanderers’ camp, Msasa has been fired on disciplinary grounds after
allegedly swearing at the team’s executive board during a meeting summoned by the executive to discuss the team’s recent pathetic showing in the TNM Super League.

The team suffered two consecutive home loses (2-1 and 3-0) at the hands of Blue Eagles and Kamuzu
Barracks respectively before recovering last Saturday against unbeaten Azam Tigers, whom they defeated 1-0 at Balaka Stadium.
