I am not supporting the man here neither do i try to smile at his deed but am alittle unconfortable with the sentence Mr Meja phiri passed to this fellow..its just excesive. To me i think this unproffessional rulling was put in place just to please the minister (Kaliati) who visited the girl in the hospital so that she may salute & appreciate U. Even Pistorious accused of shooting his wife dead didn’t get half this sentence. He is about to be released under house arrest now. A judge mwaonjeza and it is very clear you have been prejudiced by Kaliati’s involvement in this case. Shame on you!!!!
The sentence was fair to this brutal Yasini. In a related event, this same court unfairly tried and sentenced Mchinji Secondary School students. Shame on those who influenced the trial!
