Despite of missing the services of their eight players, who are with the Flames on national duty, the Peoples Team featured a strong squad that included Chimwemwe Kunkwawa in goals.

In defence, coach Franco Ndawa relied on Sankhani Mkandawire, Emmanuel Zoya and Chiku Kanyenda.

Fischer Kondowe and Dave Ng’ambi were left with the mantle to supply crosses, while Mike Nkwate, Kondwani Kumwenda and Amadu Makawa controlled the middle of the park.

Diverson Mlozi and Mussa Manyenje were given the task to score goals upfront.

The game kicked Off on a slow pace as both sides looked jittery and giving each other respect.

However, Wizards settled quickly as displayed their carpet football to the admire of a sizable crowd that watched the match.

The young lads were a marvel to watch and they posed more dangerous on the midfield outplaying the Peoples Team.

Bullets on the other side struggled to play a passing game, instead they resorted to aerial balls.

Their midfield also lacked creativity except Nkwate who tried all his level best to keep the ball kiss the grass but his final passes upfront could not yield anything.

Bullets were also blunt upfront, where Mlozi and Manyenje failed to tick.

In another friendly match on Friday, Be Forward Wanderers will host Mafco Fc at Kamuzu Stadium.
