Unfortunately, in this kind of sport, a coach has to win games then he can be called a ‘great coach’. Notwithstanding the background, the coach is respected by the results.
Peter Mponda won’t be taken seriously until he translates his skills into great coaching, transforming the young ‘Wizards’ into a force to reckon in a National League (Super League). Otherwise, keeping his mouth shut, not commenting on or criticising the performance of the National Team will be appreciated, even long overdue..

I have been hearing that this team plays very well but to my surprise its not wining games. 9 points 15 games is embarassing. The club have bought some few players during transfer window to improve the squad but the coach seems to be comfortable. How can we appreciate your advice to national team coach on which players to use if your team is losing every day.
