Peter Muthalika’s government is a failed government. Imagine he is called a Professor! Prof. Muthalika my foot. The man is crap and has got chicken brain in his big head. He doesn’t think about any sentiments that speak negative about his administration. He doesn’t take a lesson or two from the comments that people make about the way he is managing this country. He is always busy making lame excuses trying to prove he knows what he is doing in running his government. He is the worst of the presidents Malawi has ever had.
