Zambian Chimuka Moore paid billions from Malawi army in dubious contracts

A  Zambian American business woman Chimuka Moore is being investigated after she  was paid billions from Malawi Defence Force as a supplier in dubious contracts with the help of  a Malawian cabinet minister.

Military sources say they have  information on Chimuka Moore has great links to a senior cabinet minister.

Chimuka Moore , using a company registered in New Jersey calle Moore Equipment Sales Limited, has been getting orders to supply military equipment to Malawi and cashing in billions.

But the company’s ID of New Jersey Business Gateway 0400286412 shows that its business  status revoked  “for not filling annual report for consecutive two years.

Despite getting big contracts from MDF, the Chimuka Moore company has only two employees; Chimuka Moore as CEO and her husbanda Pascal Moore.

The compnay’s annual revene estimate is $160,000.

The original business filing date with New Jersey is 05/11/2009.

In their 2013 New Jersy Filings, they listed their business type as a Domestic Limited Liability Company.

Analsysts are wondering how could a whole  Malawi government deal with a company with a company that has been blacklisted in the United States for tax evasion.

Nyasa Times has information that she receibed over  US$10 million from Malawi government but only decraled that she received  US$ 160,000

Military are supposed to be a secure environment but Malawi allowed a Zambian to get procurements but there was no due deligince  to proper companies and not just a husband and wife.

This is coming at the expense of a poor soldier who many are suffering due to bad welfare.
