‘Peace education’ is the answer. The kids should be taught early to deal with conflict or differences through dialogue and not resort to violence. Most of the kids have grown up in homes with bad role models.The school must take such possibilities into account. The worst case is that some teachers too are also violent towards students. it is the case of garbage in garbage out.
