Stupid guys, the roads are in very bad conditions, have you seen the huge potholes out there? the thin roads? …all your police reports after an accident cite overspeeding, overloading and all other terms to insinuate that the victims are at fault….there is no proffesionalism in the road traffic department. .. stupidity reigns in your offices
It is not an excuse to cause an accident. To whatever degree you can describe the conditions of the roads but once again it’s not an excuse. Accidents dont just happen, they are caused. By who? If road conditions are bad it means you drive slowly and carefully which means you cannot make an accident. If the road conditions are bad you protect your car.
