I’m surprised with the Magistrate’s determination that and I quote:
There was need for the state to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the trio must be kept in custody… end of quote.
And these mwenyes brought 10 million cash, what proof does the magistrate seek?
The Magistrate is simply saying that there is proof already boss whats remaining is the Court hearing
