One in every 5 girls. …blue lie aimed at attracting funding from donors

And even issue of two teachers especially fondling one lacks substance….in class?

It should also be known that some NGOs that are promoting the protection of the girl child are coaching young girls to exaggerate and cook stories that will depict a scenario that the NGOs are truly working. The behavior of these NGOs should be investigated and due punishment prescribed.

Well, for sure this teacher had been visiting pornographic web sites, and forgotten to close the browser, our saving some pornographic pictures on his laptop that he accidentally showed. Poor luck? Yes. Poor judgment? Yes. Reason for disciplinary action? Yes. He should get a warning and apologize to the ones who were offended.
