Mr PhD student. Please be very carefull with your language. Mind you its PhD (udotolo) and not ukachenjede (BSc) or ukadaulo (MSc). We do not say bacteria (plural) causes. It is supposed to be bacteria cause. On the whole, your writeup is educative to laymen. Keep it up. Excellent piece of work!!

I’ve liked this. It has come at a right time when Malawi is looking for atimicrobial stewardship program. It should work on a great deal of sensitization and advocacy. Let Clinicians prescribe a recommended antibiotic and avoid polypharmacies. laboratories should assist in culture and sensitivities giving a right drug to the patients. In this way costs, time, resistance and delays in starting of a proper treatment will be reduced.
