It starts with the Min Bus Doba-doba by forcing people to board a bus which is not road worthy. Police wake up to dismiss these so called DOBA-DOBA. Police and Licencing Authority are too corrupt to end the device, goverment wake up to save innocent souls

Police, employ speed traps on this route and charge high fees for over speeding or even impound such vehicles only to be released after payment of charges. This will bring some checks on the over speeding mentioned here, by the police themselves and WISEMAN below

Those minibuses from Mzuzu to Karonga and Karonga to Songwe boarder oooooohhh they cruise too much, they speed as if they are carrying bags not people.
