These enquiries should include experts in Human Resources Management who are trained to investigate issues of this nature and have an edge of the others over human resource management that include all assets of organisations including human assets. Wake up Malawi.

George Khaki and friends must sue for prolonged suspension. How can you take more than 6 months to investigate?

Why is MEC failing to release the actual findings against the officers? Could it be that the charges are flimsy not worthy of public attention? I can see the MEC Managers walking away with millions of kwachas after successfully suing the electoral body for defamation and maladministration . Contact me for free legal advice

I find this commission very incompetent. They told us that this matter would take 30 days to be completed. Seven months later the matter has not been completed. And we are now told that they will be done by June ! This is injustice and maladministration. Why can’t these guys , who are being politically victimised seek legal redress ? Are they as daft as their commissioners ?

There was no theft of funds at MEC. Only minor flouting of procedures in some departments which is common in all govt ministries and departments . If Kalonga and company were in the wrong ,they would have been arrested by now. Fact of the matter is that govt wants a mulakho to be the CEO of MEC. That’s why they have made Thandi Nkovole , an under qualified mulakho, acting CEO. Even Harris Potani , with all his qualifications and experience, will now be reporting to his junior. This country is very sick.
