Most ex-miners were illiterate – they failed to safely keep work records thinking someone will do it for them. Cash gate started long ago guys. I have a friend who worked there at Teba Office in South Africa and he was in payroll office in Welkom. He knows all these dirty cash gate tricks MCP government indulged in.
