City assemblies don’t have fire inspectors who would have been going around and see that people in the city markets and other places are not doing anything that can start fires.Escom too must not give electricity any how.

What pisses me off is the fact that this government is useless, they do not step up to make cities tidy, zoona mutauni ngati kutchire, kubvomeleza anthu kumanga zisakasa kuti aziika magesi, they should not be surprised with ellegal connections, City officials always goes or passby the market and they see magesi muzisakasamo, they dont ask where they get electricity! Knowngly that electricity is supposed to be installed to a certified structures, what a pity!!!!
