ACB just keep quite. People will judge your report if at all you will release any report. Your organisation image is bad you must work ten times harder to change otherwise people do not trust you.

you the parliamentary committee u have heard on zodiak that 28 million for bridges in dedza has gone down the drain becoz bridges have been washed away b4 use. Can u go and investaigate the DC’s office why they engaged non-professional contractors for the work. There is another bridge gate there and if you do yes u r non partisan.
I doubt if this breakthrough will expose the suspected culprits. Otherwise looking how ACB has been operating of recent, the investigations will only protect the culprits.
