ACB is another branch for DPP hence the only way to silence Chilima is to shield him out of corrupt cases so that he must not spill out the beans.If fact Chilima did mention that he will publicise those who are involved in corruption activities in DPP.So even if the ACB can found Chilima wanting they will never ever say that he is involved in any corruption activities.THAT IS THE GAME OF TWO HALVES.
This is what we call a red herring to distract the public from the real corrupt scoundrels. There are billions of Kwacha disappearing into a few individuals pockets and we have ACB wasting its resources investigating Chilima’s house sale transactions.
