Revolving door policy–can you expect due regard for professional ethics?!! That is the more reason why this contract sticks when you have people that pretended to be looking into the contract for probable violation(s) of the law now potential beneficiaries of the contract
Before joining ACB, Kondowe was working somewhere. It would be neive to expect him not to be employed after leaving ACB. There is no issue here. The investigation has nothing to do with Kondowe. Take him out of the picture after all this project received overwhelming clearance by a number of Malawi parliamentary committees.

It is no secret that Khato Civils is probably one of the best contractors in Southern and West Africa. Their work ethics and high quality work speak for itself. Most of their projects have either been completed on or before time and delivered with very high and uncompromised quality. The fact that the owner (simbi Phiri) stays in Jozi shouldn’t be a factor (do you want the contract to be awarded to Mota Engil?). Its a high time Lilongwe City had enough water! Lets not derail the project. Nsanje, kaduka lets put them aside and support the good work Khato Civils has started doing for the progress of our nation. Water is Life!
