Association for Corruption Bureau (ACB) please save us ur drama, the first time jus after Chaponda was acquitted, u said u woukd not appeal. It was then after CSO’s pressured u to appeal that when u said u wud appeal,. If u were/ are serious about it why didn’t u said it in the beggining. Time will tell

ACB knows that dpp is finished already and can not win elections therefore this case will surface and these Matembas will be found guilty of another corruption on the same Chaponda Saga therefore they will say case still in court. I can prophesise Chaponda is being arrested again on the matter soon after elections on May 2019 its real case to commit him to prison will come out I can see Mutharika following Chaponda at prison on the same saga wait.

Cases that involve high personalities more especially politicians in government are supposed to be handled by high courts. Magistrates if gven such cases would use it as an opportunity to Please Those in government so that they are considered for appointments as judges. This has… Read more »

This ACB is, for lack of a better worf is, JPKE& should STOP FOOLING Malawians. If a prosecuting authority could miserable fail on such a clear & straight forward case, what else will it ever win. It was clear especially towards the end that someobody somewhere was making deliberate efforts to botch the whole case. So, please give Malawians a break. At least not under this ACB leadership or when DPP is still in government. All this ACB want again is taxpayers’ easy money but they will still facilitate exonerate thieves again. STOP funding this FAKE ACB parliament please. SHAME… Read more »
