Apparently. Mr. Lucuis Kondowe and Egritta Ndala think we were not here when the Auditor General sought advice from Attorney General whether he can disclose the names or not. And the advice from Attorney was no because government can be sued and he even gave us precedent of Roy from Zomba.

Please take note, we are still waiting for the names that the AG said Auditor General should not be disclosed until at a later stage. Full stop………
