What people are saying Mr Matemba is that ACB is so sloppy and unskilled that you don’t even have the minimum knowledge to interpret the relevant laws and provisions. You have imbecile investigators and prosecutors incapable of dealing with basic cases. you have lost case after case for lack of evidence in some cases blaming the magistrates or judges forgetting that these judges rule on the basis of the strength of the each case before them. The George Chaponda I know and the one I read about in media are totally different.You might know this but the George Chaponda I worked with at the ministry of foreign affair and his PS Daliso Kabambe during was very strict, committed to work and disciplined.
They should have just given him back all this money because lets face it ACB is just buying time and thats why akuchulutsa ma excuse ever since the case started. This is unfair to the accused, otherwise George Chaponda suffered public humiliation for nothing.
