Mayaya is a waste of time.. Wants to make a name out of nothing! You notified the police,but you weren’t given a go ahead! Where were the Kabwilas when you were holding your useless demo? You won’t make a name here,surely!

If there is no role the police and the council plays in regulating demonstrations then the law could not have put them in the process. Why does the law provides for their notification? The Law knows that sometimes its not possible to hold demonstrations and that does not mean violation of the right to demonstrate its just a matter of regulating how the right should be responsibly enjoyed.
