Malawi will never change if the people who live in it are not active enough to hold politicians to account. We should not lie to ourselves that any political party in our country will change the fortunes for ordinary people…..they’re all there for their pockets. These politicians are not about to invest so much money in their campaigns just for the love of people. They need to get return on their investment and how would they do so other than by looting or favouring relatives and friends when it comes to government tenders. Come on Malawians, wake up! Why would a wise president allow to be misled? He has access to tons of resources to cross check any advice.
That is why some people believe he is incompetent.

Malawians trusted Muthalika to make decision not his so called advisors? Its Muthalika himself a failure, dont blame the advisors they only do so to keep their jobs.
