It sounds suspicious! In many pictures and physically I have seen such suspects seated in between armed police officers while handcuffed. Can a suspect really jump in such circumstances without the officers noticing in time to prevent it? It is unbelievable especially when the reason of the armed officers’ presence in the vehicle is actually to prevent the handcuffed suspect from jumping off the vehicle and running away!
