Why not pay the ofenders what they want to do on such Victims.We are tired of such mul-BEHAVIOUR. Shut them to kill.TO THE OTHER SIDE OUR LAW ENFORCERS ARE WEAK SOMEHOW,BCOZ HOW CAN SMN have bones from a live person? Such ofenders are gven a warning punishment (very linient). Instead of arborishing the mulpractice the COURTS ,reinforce it bcoz one can sucrifice to to serve 3.1/2 jail term then enjoy his /her cash they got.
