At first I thougt all our judges in Malawi were either corrupt or dull but this learned Senior Resident Magistrate Chikondi Mandala knows how to mete punishments.A football case should be treated as such.Fines in football can not bring sanity to our beutiful game but telling somebody to be at police station everytime there is a game. I envy you Chikondi Mandala you a wise Magistrate and you a better material for our rotten High courts who charge somebody to 3 yrs imprisonment after stealing more than 63,000,000 kwacha.
