How do you expect people to honour their bills when you have messed up the economy yourself Mathanyula. People look at the basic immediate need before spending at the rate you have put the economy. A person has K1,000 and he has to choose between paying water bill and buying food for his children and dependent (some of them orphans), what will he do? You have failed to run the economy and people can not be told to be honouring bills becaise of your (DPP & APM) failure, just move out mwatikwana
