When it suits them right, politicians would want us believe that religious leaders should not be involved in politics. Their place is nowhere else but the pulpit. Their role is to bring lost souls to salvation. As a believer, it is hard to separate religion from politics. I am Catholic, and I think our Lord Bishops are now confusing us. The article says we should take the elections as an opportunity to reshape our country. That statement is already anti-DPP. It means DPP has failed to put our country in shape. There are other incidences that suggest that our Lord Bishops themselves are anti-DPP. 1.
