It is not madness, very true in deed and intelligent. Go outside the borders of Malawi this is a true situation in most of the graves. Clean tap water and clean flushing toilets and showers. That is development. Don;t accuse him out of ignorance. It is feasible and viable. Wish all the cities in Malawi could implement this intelligent idea, Keep on fighting and wish you success.
