Thats Kamphasa we know. He has destroyed the National Audit Office. The Office which was ticking before his arrival is now dead. He is benefitting from outsourcing all audits which is expensive for the Govt. The National Audit which was famous for it K89 million Education scandal and K 2 bn Appex ten ten years ago is failing because Peter Muthalika is retaining this man. K3 trillion not audited, this man. Woe to Malawi becaues of this man.
