The age of each baby has not been disclosed. But from the picture, it seems that the babies are able to walk on their own and are able to speak. If that is the case, then, prison authorities should make arrangements that they be sent to the nearest nursery school on daily basis to start learning. After all inculcating a culture of going to school among children of that age group spur them to like to learn various subjects at school.
