Resource envelop yavuta kwabasi. Police operations is fast approaching system failure. We now must innovate in the resource envelop we have. We have to do something about the population. Population growth is too much in Malawi. Taswana ngati mbewa. Komanso people are living longer. Mbava zachuluka. Community policing panjinga bwanji? Citizen who can afford help the police with transport.
