@HATTON is spot on. ADMARC must also reposes its Nkhotakota depot near the Jetty which was grabbed by one Clement Stambuli for free during the free for all UDF era.

Mitole estate belongs to ADMARC. Late Chipala sold it to Patel just like a tray of rotten eggs. Clement Khembo was one of the Board Members of ADMARC at that time. It is rumoured that when Khembo queried the then General Manager, late Chipala, no plausible explanation was given. Surprisingly soon after quering the sale of the estate, the board was dissolved and the issue was never pursued. Customary land belongs to its people. One cannot buy customary land. Chiefs understand this as land was passed on to them by the generation before them. Anyone who doesn’t understand this culture is a foreigner
