Mr Ben Phiri, whilst this is a commendable act, I urge you not roll out these kind of projects just because elections are just around the corner. It cannot be that you use purportedly your own funds for campaigning purposes only to disappear when elected. If you’re doing this from the bottom of your heart and for the true benefit of the people (and not for selfish reasons), then we applaud you immensely. However, we still urge you to clear your conscious as it is the best judge.
