This Judge is not serious, may be he is waiting for the Asians to bribe him more. What this judge should know is that this is our country and we need to improve in many aspects one of it is infrastructure developments like Buildings, Blantyre and Limbe is like a big Shanty Town because of the substandard Asian Buildings and these shacks along the Mosque Road in Blantyre must go, if the owners of those shacks have no money they can sell the plots to people with money to develop. Komanso inu anzathu a Malawi of Asian origin, most of you (or all of you) were born here this is your home, can’t you appreciate zoti muyenera kumanga manyumba abwino at least 4 or 5 floor buildings. You will benefit in three way (1) you will operate in new, strong and beautiful buildings (2) you will make more money for rent due to excess room space (3) the city will be beautiful. You can tell that a corrupt judge is getting kickbacks from the Asians here. Malawian courts are never serious. So frustrating.

We want development and yet we are failing to move forward. Court injunctions everywhere, Banning plastic bags injunctions, banning Midoli injunction, banning public smoking injunction will be granted too. Malawi ameneyo.

We are such a joke. Our Courts will even take three years to rule on an injunction application. Am sure if the ruling won’t favor the building owners the mercenary likes of Mbeta will rush to pend the judgment and appeal. Thats another 5 years of waiting
