Councillors have brought misery in councils. All they demand are meetings, fuel, allowances without meaningfully contributing to revenue mobilization.They heap all their poverty to the council. Ntchito kukangana ndi management ati iwo ndiye eni council. If the council is yours then pay your staff now

i tell you those cars for the mayors and their deputies are damn expensive hence late payments of salaries for bcc and LCC staff and soon MCC will join. who said democracy is cheap. that’s the price to pay.chalamanda, organise i dinner dance to raise more money for the assembly.cheers.

So, why is such an impoverished town clinging to the undeserved accolade: “Commercial Capital”? Why not give it up to others who will inspire the nation? Kasungu comes to mind.

whats long with these councils LCC also gave its employees the April salary on the 8th and 10th of May respectevely…..
