Yesterday there was ululation and joy at MPC following the news of the return of Andrew Kumbatira. Well could one say that he should not gone to MACRA in the first place? Anyway, that is for another day. Kumbatira is fortunate because at least another job is waiting for him at MPC. His friends are languishing at home and will soon be joined by several others.
