I dont see why the coach decided to exit because this was not about him and quits becoz of one player that been dropped out, I see a lot of childish in matter of fact. This was NAM against Mwai not coach, be matured Kanyenda. Remember your were employed because of your best experience in coaching. Lets be honest, taking your own decision in a team sometimes it tells a lot of your personality. Mwai can be called up now and NAM has all rights to do so because there is a possibility that NAM is wrong. Lets say she… Read more »

The issue here is about decision making.Nam could have looked at benefit risk ratio approach. What is the crime which Mwai has committed against reputation which Malawi netball has!she gave a notice that’s fine. Believe me the likes of Messi,Ronaldo they have weaknesses but certain decisions must be made in favor of impact it has on the game.Nam do you mean if Mwai doesn’t train she will not deliver? You must be joking…Mwai can play anytime anywhere even without your trainings.she is a complete professional Nam could have noted this.

I believe Mwayi’s head overgrows her shoulders. It is always her trying to call the shots. Why hide behind donations of sports equipment to schools when she is supposed to be exemplary to report early. She must plan her activities properly without them overlapping training/preparations for international engagements. She needs to drop her pompous attitude to put/plan her engagements to finish before or start after NAM engagements. Even her club cannot tolerate this type of behaviour. Even the coach himself need be disciplined or dismissed for that type of behaviour. It shows he is a failure and he should not… Read more »

NAM has a lot of prejudice, despite calling players into camp, and selecting a technical panel to train and choose the players to go to Fast5, NAM already had names given, visas and tickets issued, even before the call up. The enmity that some NAM Committee Members have on certain players including Mwawi is tremendous, and they will go all out to ensure only those that are meek and humble to them proceed to Fast 5.

That’s why sports development is very difficult in Malawi. Administrators always take personal issues to sports. Zamanyazi.

Kanyenda, this is a plot by NAM to remove you from your position. They know that with Mwai around our team always do better and if she wont be around Malawi will struggle so this is the wish of the officials at NAM that the team performs badly so that later on they will say you have failed and then sack/dismiss you. Open your eyes my Bro this issue is not about Mwai.
