There is nothing wrong to distribute food items in full view of the press. This is done in the name of transparency after all Bushiri himself was not there. Compare this with gluttons who gathered in Blantyre in the name of fundraising consuming uwende supplied by Mia in full view of the press. Was that necessary? I appreciate what Bushiri is doing for the people of Malawi, but I have a big problem with distributing foodstuff in the glare of the media which I believe is at the invitation of his Publicity Officer. This is more undignifying for the recipients of assistance. These are our mothers and sisters, father and brothers who are already vulnerable and their dignity taken away.
