This is a powerful development and the common approach is good…if he just turned to God and may be show commitment to God by becoming a pastor or who ever the world would think otherwise but to write a book means a lot and his willingness to still contribute to the nation regardless of his circumstances can make a huge difference. We should be in support of this development as Malawians. Hopefully the book will be made available across the country.May God bless Osward all the time…..he is intelligent and composed.

This time is for Lutepo to fight corruption let all of good will and wishing this country good support this good cause. A ma bank kumadzagula ma book was paja kulinso Bank gate, a boma kudzagula book li paja kuli cash gate a mipingo kumadzagula book li paja kuli ma Church gate . so you see there is corruption everywhere hence the need to support this good cause

The Millennium Challenge Account has recently announced the dropping of Malawi from the list of the countries to benefit from its assistance due to the country’s poor performance in combating corruption. Lutepos initiative wouldn’t have come at any better time than this because what the MCA has done is an indicator that our administration is yet to find a winning formula in fighting and combating corruption. I wouldn’t be surprised if government would engage Lutepo to team up with the acb the police to fight corruption. If the government will do nothing we will be surprised and we can easily… Read more »

Munosile ndi anzako NDA mene mukufuna a Malawi tizivutikabe. You think in his right mind if Lutepo was to be released to day he would want to be involved in Cash gate again? Search me!!!!! After his arrest we have seen and heard of corruption and theft of government funds being still rampant and that’s where people like Lutepo need to be involved to fight that. Kapena nanu muli mboma ndiye mukuopa kuti akuyalutsanitu nanga why attacking munthu woti is volunteering to help?

Is there any good faith in writing the book? Komano zaka zokhala kundende zinachepa. Zikanakhala 33 years coz his corrupt practices had a major impact on the people of Malawi. Many people have killed and been killed due to this idiot. I guess he is seeking pardon from the Head of State after DPP-PP marriage towards 2019. These leaders are killing Malawians indirectly through their corruption and undesirable political marriages. Lutepo must serve 11 full year jail and after this one he must stand re-trial for similar charges. Amadya sausage using taxpayers money ife tikubwira nandolo coz of higher taxes… Read more »

If APM reads these comments. Please Pardon Lutepo he deserves it not akuba njinga osalapa. True pardon is not supposed to be conditionally no. Its supposed to be unconditional. Then it will have a true meaning

Should a person fail to contribute anything just because people would think he wants to gat an early release? If you don’t know its the rule of thumb in.prisons to recommend well behaving inmates for early release so if that is his motive there is nothing wrong with that. Actually that is what is supposed to be exposed of prisoners. And we need to encourage that rather than discouraging him. For your information munosile, Gaddafi kaya gonapamuhanya etc, prison is now about reform and not punitive. Prisons are no longer rotting places but reformatory centers. Your actions or comments only… Read more »

A Gaddafi ana a njoka inu mitu yoduka if you have nothing positive to say , Say nothing, do nothing and sleep rather than kutukwana muthu wovomeleza kulakwa kupinfula chani? Even if I may ask you what do you benefit when a repentant person is still kept in prison being fed your taxes etc? These are the people deserving pardon not unrepentant chicken thieves. Yes he wronged us but he has proved beyond reasonable doubt that his involvement was just a mistake. He deserves a second chance. If it can please his excellency let do so by pardoning Lutepo and… Read more »
