Stealing is very clear in Malawi. Check who is building flats at Ntaya near Bunda T off. Check or audit the houses in area 43, 47, 49, 25, Mchinji road, etc. Check the cars that are being imported. Public servants and dpp ministers have been stealing. The president is a thief and manipulates contractors to over charge. UTM has this. How was Masangwi given a contract for Thyolo offices or stadium? How did dpp buy Nissan Navaras? Who is finding utm?
