Chakwera is one candidate Malawians should hold at arms length. Why? He is not explaining the means to an end of his promises. This is not an omission but a clever trick so that if they are voted in whatever they do will not have a preset measurable indicator on which citizens can take them to task.

I think you are crying. Which Malawian citizen can vote for dpp a party which is raising the fuel price without even thinking about life of Malawians.
