The university education in Malawi is slowly becoming commercialised when the country is backward in development. This will result many people remain uneducated. So goes the saying that is you thought education is expensive, try ignorance. In other words if Malawi Nation thinks it cannot invest in education, It should know it shall invest more in reaping ignorance. The reason why they want this money to be paid in full is that mature entry fee is shared among staff in departments.
