Kamuzu Banda spoke against federalism because there was PAN-AFRICANISM at that time. I would suggest that those that are talking about federation today which topic was begun by His Excellency The President APM during the change of governing system from single party to multi partyism should give those that don’t understand the meaning of PAN-MALAWINISM.
